DSTI Delivers Large Custom Rotary Union for Hazardous Gas Transfer

Dynamic Sealing Technologies recently delivered a large custom rotary union designed for hazardous gas transfer. This custom union features a coaxial supply/return line configuration, with 5" flow passages. This unit was designed for low pressure, high volume transfer of hazardous gasses created during a manufacturing process. As with many of DSTI's custom projects, this rotary union was designed and built specifically for this unique application.
Product Features:
Oil filled weep channels were designed into the outer housing to lubricate the seals & further protect against leaks to atmosphere.
Customer specified custom 16" shaft flange Heavy-duty steel construction
Low-torque DynaSeal seals
Suitable for pressure or vacuum applications
200 psi pressure rating
Numerous mounting options available
