DSTI Provides Large Rotary Union Assemblies For Energy Sector

Dynamic Sealing continues to be a leading supplier of large custom rotary union assemblies to the energy sector. The design shown has (6) passages with 2" flow channels. It was designed to transfer hydraulic fluid at 5000 psi while rotating at up to 20 RPM. It is designed to operate outdoors in extreme environments, with temperatures ranging from -40° F to 130°F. It is pictured with their standard LT Series 2-passage union for scale.
DSTI offers complete rotary union design, prototype & manufacturing services. They work directly with OEM's to design a rotary union assembly that both fits their equipment and meets their performance requirements. Our engineering staff works with the latest in 2-D and 3-D design software and solid models can be provided if needed. Once the design is finalized, DSTI has sufficent in-house manufacturing capacity to provide large volume production quantities. Each assembly is shipped 100% tested and ready to install. A complete test report will be sent with each shipment.
